Refund & Cancellation Policy

Revie services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. For flights, cancellation and refund options depend on the fare rules of the ticket purchased. This policy explains what applies when you book through Revie.

How refunds work at Revie

Revie helps customers book and arrange travel services, including services fulfilled through airlines, insurers, government authorities, hotels and other travel providers.

Revie services are non-refundable unless the terms provided for a specific service expressly state otherwise. Flights are different: cancellation and refund options depend on the fare rules of the ticket purchased.

The core refund rule

If a flight or another service is expressly eligible for a refund, any refundable amount is subject to the applicable terms, charges and deductions. Where a third-party provider controls the refund, Revie can only pass on amounts approved and returned by that provider.

When you purchase a Revie service

By completing a purchase after being given access to the applicable terms, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, Revie's Terms of Service and any cancellation, refund or amendment conditions disclosed for the specific service before or at the time of purchase.

1. What terms apply to my purchase?

Your purchase is subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, Revie's Terms of Service and any service-specific terms disclosed to you before or at the time of payment.

Service-specific terms may be displayed on a service page, booking or checkout screen, quotation, invoice, payment request, email, WhatsApp message or other written communication from Revie.

Where a service-specific term addresses the same subject as this general policy, the service-specific term will apply to that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Custom and manually arranged services

Where Revie sources or arranges a service specifically at your request, the quote or written booking confirmation may contain cancellation, amendment and refund conditions particular to that service. Those conditions apply once you accept the quote or proceed with payment.

2. Is every Revie service refundable?

No. Revie services are non-refundable unless the terms provided for a specific service expressly state otherwise.

For flights, refundability depends on the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Some fares may be refundable or partially refundable, while others are non-refundable. Airline fees, penalties and other applicable deductions may reduce any refundable amount.

If another Revie service is expressly stated to allow a cancellation or refund, the terms provided for that service will determine what is available.

3. Does the stage of my order affect refunds?

Only where the service allows cancellation or a refund. Non-refundable services cannot be cancelled for a refund. For flights and any other service that expressly allows cancellation or refunds, timing may affect the options available.

01 Before processing

If cancellation is allowed, contact us as soon as possible. The applicable service or fare terms will determine whether a refund is available.

02 Processing started

Once processing has started or a provider commitment has been made, cancellation or refund options may be reduced or no longer available under the applicable terms.

03 Issued or completed

Where cancellation or refunds are permitted, the applicable service or fare terms will determine whether any refund remains available after issue or completion.

4. What are the refund rules for different services?

Flights

Flight cancellations, changes and refunds are subject to the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Some fares are refundable or partially refundable, while others are non-refundable.

Airline fees, penalties, non-refundable fare components and other applicable deductions may reduce any refundable amount.

Where a flight is eligible for a refund, Revie can assist with the applicable refund process. Any amount returned is subject to the airline's approval, applicable deductions and receipt of the refundable funds from the airline.

Other Revie services

Revie services other than flights are non-refundable unless the specific terms provided before purchase expressly state otherwise.

This includes flight and hotel reservations for visa applications, visa services, passport services, Police Character Certificates, Yellow Cards, travel insurance, transfers and tours.

5. What if I need to change my order?

Contact Revie as soon as possible if your plans or details change. Whether a change can be made depends on the service, its processing stage and any applicable provider terms.

Customers are responsible for checking names, travel dates, passport details, destinations and other information supplied to Revie before submitting an order.

Incorrect or incomplete information, missed appointments, missing documents or customer-requested changes may result in additional charges or require a new service to be purchased. They do not create a right to a refund for a non-refundable service that has been provided or processed using the information supplied.

6. What if a provider cancels or changes my service?

Airlines, insurers, hotels, government authorities and other providers may cancel, delay, amend, decline or otherwise change a service for reasons outside Revie's control.

If this affects a service arranged through Revie, contact us and we will explain any options available under the applicable provider or service terms.

Revie does not control a third party's decision, processing time or approval of a refund, rebooking, amendment or other remedy. Where an eligible refundable amount is returned to Revie for you, Revie will pass on the amount received after any applicable non-refundable charges or deductions.

7. What if there is an issue with a service?

If you believe there is an issue with a service provided by Revie, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the circumstances, the service purchased and the applicable terms, and advise you of the available next steps.

We will review what happened.

Issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, customer-requested changes, missed appointments, third-party actions or decisions, or other circumstances outside Revie's control do not create a right to a refund from Revie.

Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

8. How do I request an eligible cancellation or refund?

If the terms of your flight or service allow a cancellation or refund, contact Revie through our Contact page as soon as possible.

Sending a request does not itself cancel a booking or create a right to a refund. The applicable fare, service and provider terms will determine what is available.

01 Send your reference

Include your booking or order reference and the name used for the purchase.

02 Tell us what you need

Let us know whether you want to cancel, change the booking or request an eligible refund.

03 We check the applicable terms

We review the fare or service terms and explain the options available.

9. How long do approved refunds take?

Where an eligible refund has been approved and the refundable funds are under Revie's control, we aim to initiate the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Where a refund depends on an airline, insurer, hotel or another provider, the provider's processing timeline applies. Revie can only pass on the refundable amount after the relevant funds have been received and cleared.

Your bank, card issuer or payment platform may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable. Where this is not possible, Revie may request verified bank details or another appropriate repayment method.

10. What happens if there is a payment dispute?

If something appears wrong with a payment or service, please contact Revie so we can review the transaction and explain the options available.

Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising any legitimate rights available through your bank, card issuer or applicable law.

Where a payment is disputed, Revie may provide relevant transaction records, proof of service, correspondence, booking information, provider terms and evidence of the terms accepted for the transaction when responding to the dispute.

11. Can this policy change?

Yes. Revie may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, processes, provider arrangements, legal requirements or other operational requirements.

Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in the terms governing a particular service, a material change to this policy will not retrospectively reduce a refund or cancellation right that applied to a purchase you had already completed.

Services supplied or fulfilled by third parties remain subject to the applicable provider terms, fare rules, policy conditions and requirements governing that service, including any changes that the provider is lawfully entitled to make.

Not sure what applies to your booking?

Send us your booking or order reference and we'll check the applicable fare or service terms and explain the options available.
